Prices
We reserve the right to make changes to our prices as currency and rates fluctuate in Indonesia. The published fares are based on current exchange rates, ares, levies and taxes available to Flores Komodo Expedition at the time of publication, but prices can fluctuate. In July and August prices might be higher than published on our website.
 
Payment Terms
Relevent for the payment is always the given price in Indonesian Rupiah and not the price in Euro or USD. At the time of booking a deposit of 20% of the total price is required unless it is otherwise stated in the booking confirmation. With the receive of the deposit the booking gets confirmed. The balance of the total booking amount must be paid in full to the bank account of Flores Komodo Expedition four weeks before departure or at the time of arrival in cash in Indonesian Rupiah depending on what is stated in the invoice.
 
Cancellation Policy
If a booking gets cancelled from your site and there are no special cancellation conditions stated in the tour description, the following fees apply:
• Up to 30 days before departure: 20% of the fare
• From 30 to 15 days before departure: 50% of the fare
• From 14 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the fare
• From the 7th day (inclusive) until 1 day before departure: 95% of the fare
• on the day of departure: 100% of the fare
